GUY SCULL

Guy Scull

President: The Voilà Foundation

Guy Scull was born in what is now the City of Sandy Springs, Georgia. Growing up as the second of two children on 10 acres in a very rural area provided him an area of forests and creeks in which to explore…exploring in any endeavor in which he is involved. After graduating summa cum laude with a degree in Political Science at Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, he went on to help elect political newcomer and future Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives, Newt Gingrich, to a seat in the Congress. During his 7 years with the Congressman, Guy served in a variety of staff positions including Legislative Aide, Chief Legislative Director, Press Secretary and Executive Assistant. As Campaign Manager for Congressman Gingrich in 1982, he forged a winning campaign plan to handily win the congressional district while raising a record amount of funding at that time. After Guy’s political endeavors, he returned to Georgia and entered the commercial real estate business while later earning his Commercial Broker’s license. . Guy later formed his own consulting company, Hamilton Resource Management Group, Inc. Several years later, he entered the private retail sector by owning a retail store which was profitably sold after three years of operation. Then in 2004, he began to consider the nonprofit arena as a more fulfilling way to give back the blessings in life he had received. With his background in not only the nonprofit sector, but in the private business and government sectors as well, he went on to consult with, and serve on, several other nonprofit organizations. Currently, he is President, and Board Director, of The Voilà Foundation. This foundation serves as a compassionate community resource collaborating with non-profit, and for profit, organizations in raising funds for trustworthy charitable causes.
